Research Scientist Microbiology & Biochemistry (m/f)
What you can expect:
You are in charge of a research laboratory for fine chemicals and biocatalysis working hand in hand with an interdisciplinary and international project team. The monitoring and evaluation of competitor activities and scientific trends are as well within the scope of your tasks as the initiation and leadership of customeroriented projects. In addition to that you are also responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts with operating units and scientific
business associates.
What we expect:
You have successfully completed your studies of chemistry, biology, biochemistry or in a similar
field of study with PhD. Substantial and practical knowledge of microbiology and biochemistry is
absolutely necessary for this position. You have already gained insight in the structure and
functionality of biodegradable and biobased polymers. Among good English language skills and profound knowledge of IT applications you also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international team.
